The Recipient agrees to release and indemnify agents, employees, associates, contractors, sole traders and the equipment manufacturers ("the Supplier") of the equipment against any claims, costs, or liability for personal injury, death (including injuries involving students or the misuse of pool cues) or property damage arising from the presence or use of the equipment on the Recipient premises.
